On Alien: Earth Season 1 Episode 7, “Emergence”

Smee discovers that Slightly is hiding Arthur’s body in his room, but Slightly convinces him to come to the beach and assist in delivering Arthur to Morrow.
A security team attempts to clean up the lab after the incident with the fly, but Wendy discovers they are trying to cover up Isaac’s death, so she hacks into the security system and sets the xenomorph free, which kills the scientists and security officers. She then finds Nibs and Joe and convinces them to come with her to escape the island.
As Slightly and Smee try to head to the beach with Arthur, Kirsh stops them and offers them a faster way to get there. While on the beach, Arthur wakes up confused about where he is. Soon, the new xenomorph bursts from his chest and escapes back into the island. Morrow and his Yutani soldiers find Slightly and Smee and take them both into custody.
Morrow’s team is intercepted by Kirsh at the Prodigy building, and Kirsh reveals he has the new xenomorph in his custody.
Boy Kavalier observes the damage done by the aliens, but is mostly interested in the intelligence of the sheep with the eye alien inside, and decides he wants to try it on a human.
As Wendy, Nibs, and Joe attempt to flee the island, they are stopped by soldiers. Wendy communicates with the grown xenomorph, and it kills every one of them. At the boat, the Neverland security team confronts them, but Nibs kills one of them, prompting Joe to shoot her. Wendy (and her nearby trained xenomorph) is furious that Joe would turn on them.
