The Season 1 finale finds all the hybrids locked in a cell together, with Joe and Morrow locked together in another one. Boy Kavalier comes to the hybrids’ cell and tells them that he built his own synth when he was a child so that it could kill his abusive father.

Wendy takes over the network and communication systems at Prodigy, and opens their cell while the hybrids kill Kavalier’s security. She also unlocks the cell holding Joe and Morrow. Joe follows the hybrids while Morrow goes off to find the lab and all the samples he wants to bring back to Yutani.

Morrow and Kirsh fight in the lab, where Kirsh is badly injured, but is eventually able to render Morrow unconscious. Smee and Slightly show up and take both Kirsh and Morrow hostage while Nibs does the same to Dame Sylvia.

Atom finds Joe and tricks him into Kavalier’s room, where the eye alien has been released. It attacks Joe, but Wendy is able to both save him and also freeze and control Atom, who is revealed to be a synthetic. The eye alien escapes to the island, where it enters Arthur’s corpse, reviving him.

Using both xenomorphs, Wendy, Joe, and the Lost Boys capture Kavalier, Kirsh, Atom, Morrow, and Dame just as Yutani soldiers approach the island. With the hybrids now in charge, Wendy declares, “Now we rule.”
