After not being able to find Cliff, Robbie goes to confront Ray, but learns he is in the custody of the FBI, meaning someone else arranged the meeting in the park the night before.

After visiting Maeve to get Billy’s Dark Hearts vest, Perry is still suspicious of Eryn, so he puts a tracker on her car. He follows Eryn to a meeting with Robbie. Eryn tells Robbie that Jayson came home covered in blood, and Robbie realizes Jayson must have killed Cliff. Perry confronts Eryn about her lies and accidentally drowns her in the lake.

As the FBI closes in on Sam’s kidnappers, a sketch artist draws Robbie’s description from the witness who saw him with Sam, and Sam’s bucket at the lake also had Maeve’s fingerprints on it.

Tom shares the information with the team before going out to Robbie’s house. Grasso meets with Jayson and passes information to him, revealing that he is the mole in the task force.

Tom arrives at Robbie’s house and pretends to be working on a cold case about Maeve’s father, but Robbie sees through it and forces Tom to drive them to a meeting Robbie has set up at a cabin about the drugs.

As the FBI searches for Tom, Robbie lets him go into the woods after he makes Tom promise to leave Maeve out of what happens next. Tom reconnects with the FBI, and they head to the last known location of Robbie’s car near an old cabin Billy owned. The Dark Hearts also start to close in on the location.
