The morning after Carmy told Sydney, Richie, and Sugar that he is leaving The Bear, a massive storm hits Chicago, which causes massive problems inside and outside restaurant. Reservations get messed up, the storm causes delays, and many things inside the restaurant stop working.

Uncle Jimmy and his partners are ready to pull the plug unless they can come up with a hail mary to make The Bear location profitable. Realizing it’s a longshot, the staff prepare for one last service that they believe will include a “Starman,” someone who will be rating the restaurant to see if it deserves a Michelin star.
