On Silo Season 3 Episode 3, “A Dark Web”

Written by Aric Avelino and directed by Michael Dinner

Daniel attends a memorial service for a pilot in Charlotte’s squad, where the pilot’s father tells Daniel he has been told not to look into his son’s death, but that there might be recordings of what happened because comms weren’t encrypted.

Helen and Daniel track down “Steve” who has recordings of the Iran mission that were located on the dark web, so they meet with him to try to get the information. They learn of a recording of what happened to Charlotte’s plane, specifically, and it apparently contains horrific information.

When they go back to try to get the tape so they can use it later, they find his place destroyed and the tape missing.

In the silo, Juliette continues to spit out her pills and tells Jerry she needs some alone time to walk the silo. She sends a note to Shirley, asking if she can help with where Lukas Kyle is. While out, she first confronts Kathleen Billings about Lukas’ whereabouts but gets no information because everyone thinks he is dead.

Camille and the algorithm follow Juliette’s day from afar and try to come up with a solution to keep everything under control so they don’t have to release the Vitamin D+ into the water because the silo is dangerously close to the Safeguard.

Juliette shows up at the school of Robert and Camille Sims’ son, and Robert tells her never to come near them again. At home, Robert is desperate for them to do something as a family, but Camille is too focused on her work as head of IT. She tells Robert about the Vitamin D+ plan.

When Juliette finally talks with Shirley and Knox, she decides to ignore their warning and go straight down to the mines. While there, the Algorithm encourages Camille to take action in case Kyle is alive. Camille fumigates the mines, which forces Kyle out of hiding and on the run, but also kills several people, including Orla Kent, and injures Juliette. Afterwards, Camille commits to killing Juliette to save the silo.
