In Washington D.C., Daniel and Helen try to track down who stole the information “Steven” showed them about the Iran mission. To stay safe, Helen takes them to an apartment owned by an ex of hers, Palmer, so they can sort out their next move.

Daniel reaches out to an old military buddy named Sam who works at the Pentagon, looking for help, but Sam is reluctant to get involved. They are then approached by the mysterious man who has been appearing around them, and he promises Daniel and Helen “a second chance” if they will stop digging around the Iran story, but also threatens to take Charlotte off her medical care.

Daniel and Helen decide to part ways, but later in the week, Daniel gets a call from Sam, who says he has something they are “not gonna believe.” Daniel picks up Helen and they drive off to meet Sam.

In Silo 18, Camille begins making plans to kill Juliette, and tells her guard, Emerson, and nurse Amy to make sure she is unconscious. However, her nurse gives the guard the shot and helps Juliette escape, sacrificing herself to the raiders so Juliette can get away.

Elsewhere in the Silo, The Outsiders debate with Lukas Kyle about what actually is happening outside the silo, and Lukas tells them what they see in the helmets is a fake, and it is uninhabitable outside. Billings also continues to investigate Orla Kent’s disappearance and death with the new shadow to the head of supply.

At the end of the episode, Juliette reunites with Shirley and the two go to an old entrance to The Digger Void that they thought was closed off by Walker. Juliette makes her way down and discovers an injured, but alive Bernard.
