Not Loveline with Tana and Trish
Not Loveline is a more recent podcast, that actually came into my life after the ending of the Cancelled Podcast with Tana Mongeau and Brooke Schofield. The Cancelled Podcast ran for 130 episodes and explored all the drama of the internet and even celebrity news, but came to an end last year when Tana embarked on her life transformation to become a more peaceful, positive person who is less involved in online drama. For me and a lot of the girlies out there the end of Cancelled left a space for something new to look forward to each week, and Tana paired with long-time friend Trisha Paytas and blessed us with a brand new podcast Not Loveline.
As a fan of both Trish and Tana over the years, this was instantly so exciting. I truly love everything about this pod, from the pink and purple set with the leopard print couches, and the girls’ matching outfits, to Trish and Tana going off on tangents about their passions in life that they share, to the calls from viewers asking for all kinds of life advice.
It’s so easy to be excited about Not Loveline because Trish and Tana seem genuinely excited to be there themselves. The podcast creates the atmosphere of two friends who share a lot in common and are so eager to catch up with each other every episode, it feels like a sleepover when you were a teen: gossiping, fangirling and asking random questions about life. Another fun factor about Not Loveline is that if you want to you can join in and submit a voicemail asking for any advice you need in life and have your message featured and discussed on the show! I look forward to each episode weekly and find the show so relaxing. It’s also noteworthy that there is a Not Loveline Patreon where Trish and Tana give advice about the more adult side of relationships and talk tips and tricks in the bedroom, while also just providing extra content that we love from the podcast. I can’t comment on that recently, times are tough and we can’t always afford the extras, but I checked it out for the first few months and was never disappointed to have more Trish and Tana to catch up on.
