TV Obsessive
It’s hard to believe we’ve been at this for a couple of months already! This week, on The TV Obsessive Podcast Episode 9, Caemeron and Ryan continue their analysis of Winning Time, looking at S2E2, digging into the history and talking about their personal impressions of the episode.
Prior to that, as always, they discuss recent TV news items, including some notes on the ongoing WGA/SAG-AFTRA strike. Additionally, they discuss the passing of Johnny Hardwick and how this might affect the plans for a revival of King of the Hill, and recently released numbers regarding how many people still watch linear television.
Both have been watching Hard Knocks on HBO and have mixed feelings about the NFL preseason as a viewing experience. Ryan continues to prepare for his upcoming coverage of Ahsoka, while Caemeron is getting ready to write on Season 2 of Invasion, despite his mixed feelings about Season 1.
The pair also briefly discuss the currently airing documentary, Telemarketers, which is also airing on HBO.
